I always wanted to grow up and travel and thought that meant going to other countries. While I'd love to do that, I've found my means limit the scope of my travel. It has caused me to embrace more local and regional travel, with the occasional big trips across parts of the country. I love to write, both for my people who enjoy it and also (selfishly) for myself. Writing lets me experience something multiple times: once as it happens, once as I write, and again any time I return to read it. Now that my kids aren't kids any more, my travel experiences are different. Some trips are me & my man in his Mustang. Others are side adventures with one or more of the "kids". It's a rare treat when I get to experience things with all my people. Beyond travel and writing, I enjoy more things than I have time for. I love listening to music, stargazing, reading, scrapbooking, hiking, swimming, playing music, and just chilling with family or friends. Thanks for joining me on my journey!
